Responsibilities: Act as the visible face of the brand / store.
Create a positive first impression for the client through an energetic attitude and greeting.
Represent the store and the unique offering to clients.
Guide clients at every stage of the buying journey.
Provide support to clients on styles, product characteristics and trends.
Contribute to sales Enhance customer satisfaction.
Thank all clients for their visit and invite them back to visit the store.
Facilitate and support clients on all sales channels such as retail and e-commerce.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment at all times.
Support store management.
Participate in other staff and store related functions.
Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Computer Literate (Emails, Excel etc) At least 3 years of experience within a boutique brand store Further education in Marketing and Sales is advantageous A passion for the boutique retail industry Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous Competencies: Superb customer service skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills  Excellent presentation and personal hygiene Strong organization skills Collaborative and team-oriented Proactive Enthusiastic and positive nature Sales / Retail / Business Development  jobs
