Bookkeeper – Upper Highway KZN Job Purpose: To assist the owner of an established and highly successful healthcare business with the smooth running of all clerical, admin, supply chain and accounting functions.
Required Qualifications: Relevant Tertiary Qualification 5+ years in a similar role Required Technical Competencies & Experience: Preparing of accurate forecasts & reports.
Assist in planning logistics for warehouses, transportation & suppliers.
Prepare shipping documents.
Accurate and prompt order processing.
Providing great customer service, resolving of customer queries swiftly.
Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed.
General Bookkeeping duties such as AR, AP, creating invoices, bank reconciliations etc.
Ensuring adherence to all regulatory & compliance mandates affecting procurement.
