Requirements:
Matric with relevant Financial qualificationWorking experience as BookkeeperDebtors and Creditors Control experienceStrong accounting and numerical skillsAccounting software experience - SAGE, Pastel, VIP, Accpac or SAPADVANCED Excel skillsExcellent communication skillsDuties:
Full Bookkeeping Function to Trial BalanceSupplier reconsReconcile Creditors age analysis to Creditors AccountMonthly payments and reportingManage full function of creditors / debtors and reconsManaging purchase orders for paymentProcessing of supplier invoices for foreign and local purchasesAnalysis in variancesPosting to Cash BookDebtors ManagementCreditors ManagementMonitor all movements of invoicing, credit notes, journalsMonthly Bank reconciliationCash Book allocations and processed accurately Journal entriesManaging of Petty CashAd hoc financial administration dutiesRole is ideal for a dynamic Bookkeeper / Office manager that enjoys assisting a team and to be part of a busy organisation.
