Experience: Bookkeeping: Manage up to trial balance with Sage Pastel Accounting.Debtors and Creditors: Handle invoicing, accounts payable/receivable.Supplier Payments: Conduct month-end payments.Payroll: Oversee payroll for 28 staff with Sage Pastel Payroll.Statutory Payments: Process SARS funds and manage IRP5 returns.HR Administration: Perform HR tasks and maintain U-Filing & E-Filing.Office Maintenance: Maintain supplies, arrange repairs, and handle general admin. Requirements: Proven experience in bookkeeping, with strong knowledge of Sage Pastel Accounting and Sage Pastel Payroll.Residency in or near the Rivergate Park, Cape Farms area is ideal.Strong administrative and organizational skills.
