Select your country to see jobs specific to your location.This role will report directly to the Accountant/s.This role is an important administrative support function supporting the finance teams.Primary Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesProcess bank statements and perform bank reconciliation on Pastel Accounting.Process debtor invoices and send out statements to local debtors.Process intercompany transactions.Debtor reconciliations monthly.Intercompany accounts reconciliations monthly.Assist to follow up Debtors payments.Assist with other daily processing of transactions on Pastel Accounting as the need arises.Administrative duties.Grower FREQs administration: Closing, capturing and emailing to Growers.Grower monthly reconciliation.STATSA reporting.Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Language Requirements:Computer literacy, Excel and Microsoft Word experience, preference will be given to Pastel Accounting experience.Grade 12 and B Com Accounting is preferred.
