Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This hybrid role combines remote work flexibility with in-office collaboration every Thursday. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, payment processing, and reconciliation tasks.
Minimum Requirements:Degree or Diploma in the financial field of studyMinimum of 4 years experience as a BookkeeperHighly computer literateProficiency in Excel (Intermediate level)Knowledge of ERP systems such as Sage 200 or SAPAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAnalytical mindset with problem-solving capabilitiesDuties and Responsibilities:Perform accurate bank postings and reconciliationsProcess and reconcile petty cash transactionsPrepare EFT requests and facilitate paymentsLoad and release payments as requiredCreate and post journal entriesPlease do not apply using scanned CVs; no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.
