Bookkeeper (JB4718)Doornfontein, JohannesburgR 12 – 14 000 CTC per monthPermanentWe are looking for a detail-oriented individual with solid bookkeeping experience and the ability to manage various accounting tasks efficiently to join our client within the education spaceMinimum Requirements:2 to 3 years of experience in bookkeeping up to trial balanceProficiency in Pastel and/or Xero accounting softwareExperience with bank reconciliation processingPayroll processing experienceVAT reconciliation and submission expertiseStrong communication skillsExceptional attention to detailDuties and Responsibilities:Manage full-function bookkeeping up to trial balanceSupervise and provide guidance to Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable staffCapture and process supplier invoicesGenerate both manual and automated invoicesHandle inter-company and subsidiary recharges or billing when requiredProcess daily cashbook transactionsPrepare and reconcile daily bank statementsManage fixed assets, including depreciation calculationsProcess and capture payroll accuratelyComplete VAT reconciliations and manage VAT submissionsPlease do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.IMPORTANT: We specialize in specific niche fields.
