Premium Auto Care is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team in Rosslyn.
Full job description
Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

Perform day-to-day bookkeeping duties, including maintain and update financial records, including data entry, bank reconciliations, ledgers and journals.
Bring the books to the trial balance stage.
Load monthly creditors and sundry payments in the bank.
Monthly Journals.
Assist with annual financial audit.
Print Bank Statements.
Cashbook and bank reconciliation.
Turn Over Report.
Control and reconcile Petty Cash.
Assist HR with Time Keeping information should they need it.
Any task directly related to the financial information of the business.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Relevant Bookkeeping Diploma or related.
Minimum 5-10 years Bookkeeping experience.
SAGE Pastel Partner Not Negotiable.

Own car.

REPORTING TO:

Group financial manager.
