Job & Company Description: A pioneering player in the Financial services market, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Bookkeeper to join their finance team in the Vaal. This role is essential in ensuring financial precision and enhancing customer relations through efficient bookkeeping skills. Qualifications: Min of 5 years experience as a Bookkeeper Proven experience as a Finance Assistant/Debtors Clerk or similar role. Experience on Pastel Partner, Pastel Evolution, advanced Excell Strong knowledge of accounting software and Excel, experience as a full function Bookkeeper. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. Finance Related qualification would be advantageous Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage debtor accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices, minimizing overdue payments. Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of monthly financial analyses and reports. Liaise with clients to clarify any billing discrepancies and foster strong, professional relationships. Support the finance team with data entry, processing, and generating reports using our state-of-the-art financial software.
