Bookkeeper

Job title: Bookkeeper
You will be responsible for managing a compliment of finance staff, reviewing accounting records and compiling a valid, accurate and complete trial balance.
Requirements:
· Minimum 30 years of age.
· Matric.
· Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience.
· Ability to compile a trial balance (TB).
· Advanced excel skills.
· Accuracy and attention to detail.
· Good accounting knowledge.
· Good communication skills.
· Clear credit history.
Responsibilities:
· Compilation of a valid and accurate Trial Balance (T.B).
· Monitor and manage of accounting staff.
· Ensure all deadlines are met.
· Liaise with internal and external audit functions.
· Review the accuracy of transactions.
· Ensure complete, sufficient & appropriate audit evidence that support financial records.
· Efficient communication to relevant stakeholders.
· Report to the Head of Finance.
