As a Bookkeeper, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining financial records with accuracy and integrity. This role is based in Sandton, Johannesburg North. Key Responsibilities: Creditors / Debtors Processing and Invoicing: Handle the smooth processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Creditors Reconciliations: Maintain a keen eye for detail while reconciling creditors' accounts, ensuring all discrepancies are resolved promptly. Online Banking Payment Management: Efficiently manage online banking systems, loading payments accurately and securely. Bank Processing & Reconciliations: Ensure the seamless reconciliation of bank transactions, guaranteeing financial records are up-to-date and error-free. FIC Reporting: Adhere to regulatory requirements by diligently preparing and submitting Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) reports. Petty Cash Processing and Reconciliations: Manage petty cash transactions meticulously, reconciling accounts to maintain transparency and accountability. Ad Hoc Tasks: Thrive in a dynamic environment by assisting with various financial tasks as needed, showcasing your adaptability and versatility. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in accounting. 4 years' experience needed, as a Bookkeeper (essential).
