Job & Company Descriptions A leading company based in Wadeville is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their dedicated finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to take on a key role in the finance department. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential accounting and payroll tasks, including managing creditors, processing bank transactions, and supporting the payroll function for a staff of approximately 35 employees. Duties: Capture and process creditors' invoices accurately Manage and process bank transactions Perform creditors' reconciliations and update cash books Handle weekly payroll (wages) and monthly payroll for around 35 staff members Assist with audit-related tasks as required Qualifications & skills: Minimum of Matric (Grade 12) is required Tertiary certification in finance or accounting is an advantage At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Pastel Partner software experience is essential Knowledge of MIBFA regulations and compliance
