Qualifications: Matric ICB / Diploma in Accounting Skills: Advanced Excel Pastel 2years experience in a similar role within the retirement fund space Job description: Bookkeeping : Maintain accurate financial records and prepare journals for posting. Retirement Fund Accounting Administration : Assist with the preparation and maintenance of retirement fund financials and ensure compliance with fund regulations. Fund Validations : Conduct validations to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards. Bank Reconciliations : Perform accurate and timely bank reconciliations for retirement funds. Data Analysis : Analyze fund transactions and provide reports to management. Compliance and Reporting : Support the preparation of statutory reports and assist in ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements. Document Management : Organize and maintain retirement fund documentation and records. Client Assistance : Assist clients with queries and provide exceptional customer service. Audit Support : Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date.
