Bookkeeper

Minimum Requirements: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelors in Accounting or related field Pursuing or planning to pursue SAICA (or equivalent) qualification Strong academic record with a focus on accounting and auditing Skilled in analysis, problem-solving, and communication Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Responsibilities: Cashbook management and accounting up to Trial Balance Prepare monthly Income Statement and Balance Sheet Manage accounts payable and receivable Control budget and expenses, report overspend risks Review and approve supplier invoices Cashflow management General and financial administrative tasks Prepare monthly financial reports for meetings Handle banking, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations Fixed assets reconciliation and depreciation journals Stock control and reconciliation Prepare and manage annual budget Liaise with auditors for AFS and ensure CIPC fees/returns are filed Consultant: RJ Jeftha - Dante Personnel Greenstone
