Bring your enthusiasm and make a meaningful impact As the Bookkeeper you will be responsible for the below: Complete daily and month-end journal entries Conduct daily bank reconciliations Process all creditors' invoices with accuracy Load payments at the bank following the finance approval mandate Handle inter-company payments processing Manage fixed assets processing Ensure 100% accuracy when capturing entries to the General Ledger Finalize monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and provide them to the accountant before accrual are due Clear all reconciling items in the General Ledger before month-end Submit monthly management accounts to all branches Conduct monthly variance analysis of General Ledger vs. Budget within set deadlines Submit daily cash flow reports Provide assistance to Debtors and Creditors as needed Support branches with relevant queries Job Experience and Skills Required: Completed Bcom in Finance and related field . 3 years experience in a similar role in finance. Experience with Sage X3 is preferred
