Job Description: Bookkeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. Your expertise will support our financial health and contribute to our overall success.
At least five years of bookkeeping experience is essential.
Job may entail working hours for an offshore entity as well.
In certain circumstances, the company offers the potential to work remotely from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Record financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Collaborate with external accountants for audits and tax preparation.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
