Key responsibilities:Finance and Accounting a)Debtors Management and Control (raising sales orders, invoices, sending statements, following up on payments and reporting) b)Creditors Management and Control (raising purchase orders, receiving, sending statements, performing supplier reconciliitions) c)Cashbook d)Journal processing (accruals, reallocations, provisions) e)Reconciliations (FAR, credit card, petty cash, fleet, inventory, balance sheet GL accounts) f)Loan Account reconciliations g)Vetting new customer by calling trade references and conducting credit bureau checks h)Maintaining general ledger accounts and inventory codes i)Tax administration (VAT201 and EMP201 etc) j)Reporting (Sales Reports, Income Statement, Balance Sheet)Assist AdministrationHR and IR administration; (b)General Administrative functions i.e Filing, completing supplier credit applications, ordering refreshments and stationery, arranging staff functions and meetings. (c)Assist with arranging refreshments when customers and other stakeholder are visiting.Sales Support and Customer Care a)Assist with switchboard management i.e answering phones professionally and transferring calls in the absence of sale support officer and receptionist. b)Assist with customer quotations, sales orders/picking slips and invoicing c)Assist with sales reports d)Work with sales reps, plant managers and procurement to fulfill customer orders and requirementsISO 9001-2008Assist in driving ISO 9001 system
