Our client, an imports and exports company, is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team in Centurion.
Duties and Responsibilities Cashbook analysisPreparing and filing financial documentsProcessing accounts payable and accounts receivablePreparing invoices and statementsReconciling company accountsProcessing payroll and tracking payroll dataAssisting with tax returnsCommunicating with external accountants and auditorsStock takeMaintaining statutory and compliance filesAssisting with auditsExperience and Qualifications Minimum Matric (Grade 12)College diploma added advantageProven experience in finance dept (+- 2 – 5 years)Knowledge of Sage (evolution), SARS E-filing etcProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)Multi-tasking and time-management skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedAdvanced calculating skillsSage (evolution) knowledge will be an advantage
