Bookkeeper

We are seeking a meticulous, competent Bookkeeper to join a company within the Property industry.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience with completed articles, be competent on Sage One, and have strong attention to detail.Responsibilities will include:Supplier reconciliation and statement reconciliation (ledger to statement).Invoice capturing - must be able to understand the difference between VAT and non-VAT items.Stock takes and stock adjustments.Daily reports to be sent to the Group Accountant.Negotiating prices with suppliers and able to cost products and calculate GP's.Cash flow which is to be given to the Accountant weekly.Bank capturing and daily reconciliation.Stock control and order placement.Spreadsheets and schedules - include both financial and ad-hoc spreadsheets.Weekly reconciliations - all accounts should be up to date.
