The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to) for our group of companies: Bookkeeping up to balance sheet (Cashbook processing and journals) Bank reconciliations.
GL recons for all balance sheet accounts Managing logbooks for company fleet/vehicles Monthly VAT201 and EMP201 reconciliation and submission Yearend closure and assistance in preparing the annual audit files.
Creditors function, including monthly credit run.
Capturing of purchase orders All other financial and administrative duties related to this position.
Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: Degree/ Diploma in Financial Accounting (BAcc/Com/BCompt) or similar Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position Excellent computer skills (MS Office, SYSPRO an advantage) Own reliable transport Preferably bilingual Able to follow processes.
Strong attention to detail.
