The ideal candidate will have a background in dynamic trade environments and experience with older versions of SAP, along with familiarity in production and blending operations.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable.Record and reconcile financial transactions using the old version of SAP.Assist with inventory management for production and blending processes.Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing procedures.Handle payroll processing and compliance with tax regulations.Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.Liaise with auditors and manage the audit process.Skills:Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, particularly in trade or production settings.Experience with SAP software, especially older versions, is essential.Experience in the manufacturing, production, or blending industries will be an advantage.Proficient in SAP (older version preferred).Strong understanding of dynamic trade environments.Familiarity with production and blending operations.
