Bookkeeper (Half Day Or Full Day)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper (half day or full day) to join a small but vibrant accounting team.The work environment is personal and friendly, requiring a team-oriented individual who contributes to maintaining excellent client relationships through meticulous financial management.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions in compliance with legal requirements.Perform duties that include financial administration, cash flow management, budgeting, and preparing financial reports.Ensure timely processing of transactions and conducting detailed reconciliations of all accounts.Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports for management to assist in financial decision-making.Manage statutory obligation submissions including VAT, payroll taxes, and other regulatory compliance requirements.Qualifications And Skills RequiredProficiency in accounting software, particularly Sage One and Xero.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with honesty and integrity.Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.Education And ExperienceTertiary Qualification will be advantageous.At least 2 years' proven experience as a Bookkeeper.NOTE: We ONLY accept online applications.
