Bookkeeper (Experience With Multi-Currencies Usd, Zmw And Zar Essential)

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about numbers?Our client is looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to bring your expertise to their dynamic team!Key Performance:Preparation of management reports monthly.Preparing invoices and submitting to customers timeously for payment.Accounts payable and accounts receivable.Assist and manage liaisons for annual audits.Balance sheet reconciliations.Treasury management – daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow planning.Maintain transactions from operational system to finance system.Mitigate any corrections after deadlines.Forecasting/budgeting preparation of schedules.Requirements:Senior certificate (NQF 4)Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred.Computer literate (excellent MS Office, Excel, and Pastel package skills).Experience with multi-currencies USD, ZMW, and ZAR.Bookkeeping to trial balance.Experience in local and foreign cash books.Ability to communicate with stakeholders in the company – from junior to executive level.Own transport and driver's license.Verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented and organised.Adept in prioritising and multitasking.*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted*
