Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:Grade 12 with relevant tertiary qualifications preferableMin 4 years' experience in a bookkeeping rolePrevious experience in the same role essentialPastel accountingExcellent Computer skillsCommunication SkillsTo start asapThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:Cashbook, debtors and creditors on pastel accountingProcessing to Trial Balance – including journals for fixed assets, bonds, instalment sale agreement etcVAT Calculations and submissionsPAYE Calculations and submissionsDrafting of financials on CaseWare or draftworx – advantageous – not essentialTax Knowledge (companies' taxes, individuals and trusts) General – oversee work environment;Salary: Negotiable - depending on experiencePlease note this role is not suitable for recently signed off article clerks but more for candidates that have been in a bookkeeping function with the above knowledge in accounting practices.Please email detailed CV and supporting documentation as well as salary requirements through to (email address).If you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
