Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with relevant tertiary qualifications preferable Min 4 years experience in a bookkeeping role Previous experience in the same role essential Pastel accounting Excellent Computer skills Communication Skills To start asap The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Cashbook, debtors and creditors on pastel accounting Processing to Trial Balance including journals for fixed assets, bonds, instalment sale agreement etc VAT Calculations and submissions PAYE Calculations and submissions Drafting of financials on CaseWare or draftworx advantageous not essential Tax Knowledge (companies taxes, individuals and trusts) General oversee work environment; Salary: Negotiable - depending on experience Please note this role is not suitable for recently signed off article clerks but more for candidates that have been in a bookkeeping function with the above knowledge in accounting practices.
