Responsibilities:

Printing of Daily Reports - Assist the Store Accountant by printing the daily reports of Babbage.
Nominal Ledger reconciliation - Accurately capture the nominal ledger/general ledger, which is the main accounting record for a store's financial transactions.
Accurately reconcile daily cash sales.
Print daily invoices and credit notes timeously.
Efficiently control delivery notes.
Queries Resolution - Assist with daily customer queries.
Sales Teams Queries resolution - Assist sales team with queries regarding overrides.
Debtor's Queries resolution - Assist with debtor's queries from Support Office.
HR and Payroll Administration - Assist the admin supervisor with HR and Payroll.
Maintain Biometrics System - Control, maintain and manage the biometric clocking system.
Daily Cash checking - Co-sign and check dropping of daily cash.
General Admin and Reconciliations - Assist with general admin and reconciliations such as fuel cards, reimbursement claims, and petty cash.
To uphold and promote the company values and culture.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Bookkeeping Certificate
3 years relevant experience
Relevant system knowledge
Basic computer skills
