R 550000 - R 600000 Annually Cost To Company (Medical Aid, Provident Fund, Life Insurance)A manufacturing concern based in Germiston is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their finance team.Responsibilities:Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete posting process to Trial Balance.General ledger & lead sheet maintenance.Bank & payment preparation and reconciliations.Account receivables & customer ledger processing and reconciliations.Account payables & supplier ledger processing and reconciliations.Credit card statements & expense reconciliations.Visa and travel planning & control.Accurate and detail-oriented maintenance of internal documents and processes.Back-office support and ad hoc admin duties.Month-end journals and reconciliations.General office orders - refreshments, canteen, stationery.Customer liaison for spares orders.Quotations, orders, invoices, stock preparation and distribution.Plan and oversee stock takes.Requirements:5 to 10 years working experience as a bookkeeper.Matric.Relevant qualification.Strong Excel skills.Experience working in multinationals is an advantage.Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
