Required Technical Competencies & Experience: Preparing of accurate forecasts & reports. Assist in planning logistics for warehouses, transportation & suppliers. Prepare shipping documents. Accurate and prompt order processing. Providing great customer service, resolving of customer queries swiftly. Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed. General Bookkeeping duties such as AR, AP, creating invoices, bank reconciliations etc. Ensuring adherence to all regulatory & compliance mandates affecting procurement. Behavioural Competencies Unquestionable integrity. High energy. Able to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Strong analytical problem-solving ability.
