Role: Bookkeeper / Admin Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape Salary: TBC Key Responsibilities Manage creditors and debtors processes efficiently. Perform month-end reconciliations using Pastel (proficiency required). Handle wages every second week and manage petty cash daily . Submit VAT every second month and manage SARS / UIF / PAYE on eFiling . Oversee general administrative duties , including managing leave records and placing supplier orders. Answer occasional phone calls and handle confidential information with discretion. Work occasional Saturdays and be available during peak seasons (no leave during this time). Requirements Extensive experience in Pastel Accounting . Strong understanding of bookkeeping processes, including VAT submissions and wage calculations . Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently, stand your ground when needed, and maintain a pleasant demeanor.
