Bookkeeper / Administrator

Details of the offer

Bookkeeping Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Pastel software
Prepare monthly management accounts and reconciliations for two companies
Handle SARS submissions and compliance requirements
Assist in preparing for annual external audits
Perform banking functions

Client Admin Support:

Process client applications, including electronic document checking for compliance
Interpret financial documents and cash flows for processing
Input client data accurately into the system

Requirements:

Tertiary education, preferably in BCom Finance, Agri, Systems, or Economics
1-2 years of finance experience preferred
Strong accounting knowledge, particularly in Pastel
Understanding of agriculture, especially crop production, logistics, and risks

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills

Hybrid Offered:

Hybrid – Office & Home (Hours 08h00 - 16h30)
