Bookkeeper / Administrator
Based in Monte Vista/Montague Gardens
Half day or 3 days a week is also an option at a lower salary.
Responsibilities:

Manage debtors and creditors
Draft and digitally sign contracts with clients (template provided)
Draft staff contracts and ensure they are signed
Prepare and submit EMP201 forms
Prepare and submit EMP501 forms
Complete bi-monthly VAT returns
Submit yearly returns
Perform general administration work
