MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSAccounting/ Bookkeeping diploma/degree/certificatesAt least 5-10 years previous experience in bookkeepingKnowledge of data management and financial data analysisComputer LiterateGood interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong critical thinking skillsValid drivers licenseRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Journal entries for all financial transactions and filling of documentation.Posting journal entries to ledger accounts.Bank reconciliations.Preparing cash flow statements.Bringing books to finalized Trial Balance stage.Account preparation to assert the accuracy of transactions.Supervision of others in accounting system.Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements.Paying accounts for the organization.Reconciliation of VAT and VAT 201 submissions.Performing payroll and submitting SARS EMP 201 forms.Assisting with imports from Europe.Performing other administrative duties as required.ONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
