Boilermaker/Pipe Fitter

Responsibilities: Read and understand drawings.Cutting and grinding of pipes, plates and structural materials to ensure that dimensions are adhered to as per drawings.Tack welds on pipes, valve components, flanges and structural steels to be done properly to avoid porosity and defects for welders.Maintain good and proper usage of tools and equipment and report any faulty tools and equipment to you manager or supervisor.Handle flanges / valves / pipe & fitting components with care.Knowledge of materials to ensure that correct material selection is used as per drawings.Handle flanges / valves / pipe & fitting components with care.Knowledge of welding consumables to always use correct welding wire and gas when tack welding different types of carbon and stainless steels.Maintain general housekeeping.Maintain correct use of sandblasting cabinet machine and clean after use.Requirements:Trade qualified boilermaker withMinimum 5 years' experienceProficient and experienced of using following machines and equipment:Drilling machine (Handheld and Mag base drills.Grinding and cutting machines.Welding equipment (Welding and tack welding with TIG/Argon, MIG, MMA/Stick and gouging)Flame cuttingPlasma cuttingHave experience with plate rolling Should you not receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your application as unsuccessful
