Requirements:Trade Tested Boilermaker4-5 + Years Post Trade Experience within a Manufacturing IndustryOwn Transport & Valid Drivers LicenseMust live in surrounding areasGood attituded, honest, reliable and punctual Responsibilities:Fabrication and Assembly:Constructing, assembling, and installingWorking with large metal components, often using welding, cutting, bending, and rolling equipment. Maintenance and Repairs:Inspecting boilers for leaks, defects, and weaknesses.Performing preventive maintenance on pressure vessels and other equipment.Repairing or replacing parts to maintain safety and efficiency. Welding and Metalwork:Using welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick welding) to join metal parts.Reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings to fabricate parts.Shaping and preparing metals like steel or aluminium for construction. Safety and Compliance:Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations related to pressure vessels.Performing tests like hydrostatic pressure testing to verify the integrity of systems.Maintaining records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Collaboration:Working with engineers, plant operators, and other tradespeople to ensure the proper functioning of equipment.Planning and coordinating tasks with supervisors and production teams to meet deadlines.
