Boilermaker

Working hours:  45 hours per week + weekends and overtime   Please note:  The salaries offered by our clients are determined in accordance with market standards, while considering the candidate's qualifications, skills, and level of experience .
We are looking for a Boilermaker with a strong background in metal fabrication and welding in a production environment, with a focus on constructing and assembling steel structures for our client that is based in Boksburg, JHB area.
Minimum requirements: Matric (N3) Boilermaker Olifantsfontein Trade Test or equivalent Understanding and interpreting engineering manufacturing drawings 5+ years post trade test experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in a Metal Melting Facility will be an advantage Duties are, but not limited to: Fabricating and Assembling: Construct, assemble and repair large steel structures associated with a Steel Melting Facility.
Reading Drawings: Interpret technical drawings to understand specifications and identify the materials required.
Welding: Perform various welding techniques for assembling and repairing steel structures.
Inspecting: Conduct regular inspections of steel structures for potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Compliance with Safety Standards: Adhere to all workplace safety norms and regulations.
Must be capable in various welding techniques with a strong background in welding applications in a manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
Must have a proven track record in a production environment.
