Boilermaker

Minimum requirements: Matric (N3) Boilermaker Olifantsfontein Trade Test or equivalent Understanding and interpreting engineering manufacturing drawings 5 years post trade test experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in a Metal Melting Facility will be an advantage Duties are, but not limited to: Fabricating and Assembling: Construct, assemble and repair large steel structures associated with a Steel Melting Facility. Reading Drawings: Interpret technical drawings to understand specifications and identify the materials required. Welding: Perform various welding techniques for assembling and repairing steel structures. Inspecting: Conduct regular inspections of steel structures for potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Compliance with Safety Standards: Adhere to all workplace safety norms and regulations. Must be capable in various welding techniques with a strong background in welding applications in a manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
