Qualifications:Education & Experience:Qualified Tradesman / Qualified Boilermaker and Certified Welder10+ years of experience and having worked in the heavy engineering / mechanical engineering fieldExperience in mechanical engineering manufacturing, including knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and team management skills.In-dept understanding of drawingsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.Ability to manage resources, and timelines effectively.This person will be required to step in as the Senior staff member in the fabrication department of a mechanical engineering and manufacturing company.
