Job Title: Boilermaker Location: Clayville Industrial, Olifantsfontein, South Africa An opportunity for a skilled and experienced Boilermaker to join our team based in Olifantsfontein, South Africa.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and welding in a production environment, with a focus on constructing and assembling steel structures typically found within industrial ventilation and air movement solutions .
Our organisation specialises in 1-off as well as batch production of customised equipment.
We operate in a dynamic environment and the ideal candidate will have to be able to work individually as well as in a team in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Fabricating and Assembling: Construct, assemble and repair large steel structures associated with ventilation systems.
Reading Blueprints: Interpret blueprints and other technical drawings to understand specifications and identify the materials required.
Welding: Perform various welding techniques for assembling and repairing steel structures.
Inspecting: Conduct regular inspections of steel structures for potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Compliance with Safety Standards: Adhere to all workplace safety norms and regulations.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in various welding techniques with a strong background in welding applications in a manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
