Full job descriptionJob description:BMW GroupAn opportunity has become available for an experienced and qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator to join our team.
The main functions will be fabrication of components from raw steel as per drawing specifications and to weld them.
Assembly of machines / components as per general assemblies and installation of machinery.Please note that this is a contract position.
The duration will depend on operational requirements as we are a project–based firm.Job Duties:Fabricating of components as per the drawingMIG / TIG / ARC welding of fabricated componentsBending of parts to be weldedDoing quality checks on machined componentsCutting of steel with acetylene torch / plasma cutterAssembly of machines / components as per general assembliesInstallation of machineryREQUIREMENTS:Qualified Boilermaker/WelderPrevious experience in welding and boiler making fieldExperience in industrial automationWilling and able to work overtimeREMUNERATION:
