Boiler Shop Supervisor

BOILERSHOP SUPERVISOR* Minimum 3 Years' experience in PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR experience in the MANUFACTURING Industry* Ensure Staff work in line according to Production Managers instructions* Ensure that the Staff's Quality of works meets specifications* Responsible for the QUALITY AND ACCURACY of his/her work* Monitor machines DURING EVERY PROCEDURE TO ENSURE OPTIMUM RUNNING* Troubleshoot problems during Machine Operations* Perform random Tests to ensure accuracy* Perform SAFETY CHECKS on Every Machine* Handle Materials - within the Shop & Outdoors as required* Working with the DISPATCH TEAM* OPERATIONS: * Oversee Safe & efficient Production processes, meeting Plant KPI & Targets* Clean Criminal record - will be verified
