A well established property management company based in PMB are looking for an experienced individual to assist the Body Corporate Portfolio Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of properties (Commercial and residential).Requirements:Sectional title property management experience advantageousRegistered with the PPRA holding a valid FFC advantageousExperience with a small payroll system advantageousGood knowledge of the STSMA and CSOS ActResponsibilities:Oversee the efficient and effective administration and management of owner and trustees relationshipsEnsure the efficient and effective administration and management of related processesReview monthly results and ensure regular and accurate reporting to all relevant stakeholders / trusteesAssisting in the effective property management of complexesOversee municipal related processesReview monthly business unit results and ensure regular and accurate reporting.Note:  This is a SIX MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT initially Suitable applications can be emailed to ****** Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
