Experience of design lead user research and user journeys to ensure optimum experienceInclusive leader and communicator who uses these skills to identify and resolve issues with both clients, stakeholders and the teamProvide leadership for other designers by conducting design reviews, ensuring best practices are followed consistently across the project, and by providing feedback on their designsProvide leadership to clients and shareholders around design and user experienceCreate compelling design artefacts (user stories, personas, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, storyboards etc.) to effectively communicate UX needs to internal teams and stakeholders.
