Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Finance to lead our finance function and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to think strategically.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the finance function for BCB Technology, developing and executing processes to ensure successful execution of strategies.Provide value-added support to technology, business, and finance stakeholders, driving transformation of finance into a true business partner.Drive business change beyond a narrow finance lens, leveraging expertise to inform business direction.Manage the BCB Technology Finance team according to SBG's leadership principles and values, focusing on high-performance culture.Liaise with external and internal audit, clearing identified issues through targeted interventions.Nurture relationships that accommodate agile ways of working, delivering strategic business results.RequirementsPost-Graduate Degree in Finance or related field.At least 10 years' experience in financial services, including heading up a finance team and delivering MIS.Management Accounting reporting experience, understanding of finance regulatory frameworks.Broad business environment knowledge, financial analysis techniques, and literacy in finance applications.The Head of Finance plays a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy and ensuring the organization meets its performance objectives. This involves providing comprehensive financial analysis, managing statutory compliance, financial reporting, and team leadership.
