Commercial Finance Manager Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12)Bachelor's Degree or equivalent7 to 10 years of FP&A or business partnering experienceData-savvy, strong SAP knowledge with a minimum of 3 years practical experienceBusiness partnering skills, influencing, learning agility, transparency and ethical conductA fluent level of English language is required due to international exposure Responsibilities: Business partnering:Manage reporting and approval process for commercial project and monthly reportsSupport with creation of business opportunities, utilizing business case to support Profit Plan and annual business targetsFoster and maintain effective cross-functional relationships betweenFinance, Sales, Marketing,Supply Chain and Customer ServiceConduct project pricing analysis, including profitability, benchmarking, cost savings, and competitive assessmentsPerform Quarterly -annual analysis, comparing accounts' P&L against proposed pricing conditions and Market conditions to evaluate the impact on profitabilityProactive commercial business relationship management and partnershipBuild strong relationships with the members of the country leadership teamCo-pilot the country's performance to profitable growthEnsure real-time support, financial guidance, and improved insights into business performance and informed decision makingProvide decision support for commercial deals, pricing actions and investment opportunitiesBuild strong business and commercial acumen through direct relationships with the customers and business unitsAssess and advice on appropriate actions to manage business and finance risk and communicate impact effectivelyLead or support the development of business casesAnalytics:Provide insights into the business performance for the areas under responsibility and quality commentaries for monthly reporting requirementsLead the business partnering support for the annual profit plans and monthly forecasting working together with the country leadership teamsSpecific focus on margins and profitability analyticsLeadership and continuous improvement:Proactively build a strong team to drive the value in the organizationDesign and propose financial solutions to business challenges while maintaining governance and financial controlsContinuously improve tools to get better insights into the businessPrioritize demands, proactively manage expectations of the stakeholdersLead projects, apply business acumen and commercial awareness to deliver business objectivesCoordinate the finance support to the country and zone leadership teams on ad-hoc projects and requestsBoard member of the local company based on company request and needs
