The ideal candidate will have a proven background in ITSM, AIOps, and Monitoring, with strong hands-on leadership experience in service and operations management. Experience in delivering solutions that bridge technical innovation with customer needs is highly valued.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is £125,700 - £209,500.
