Purpose Statement Ensure production equipment is in good operating conditions and well maintained.
Ensure correct setting of machine.
Do fault analysis in case of malfunction or rejects.
Main Outputs and Responsibilities for this Position Technical Identify, report and rectify all technical areas of concern on assigned production equipment (machines, moulds, etc.
)Have an in-depth understanding of Product and its quality criteriaProcess (material feeding and drying, injection moulding, reheat stretch blow moulding and injection blow moulding)General knowledge of all equipment, detailed for assigned equipmentMould installationTechnical principles and drawings (e.g.

JOB EVALUATION CRITERIA Secondary Education - Grade 12

Experience - 5 years relevant setting experience
