Job title : Blitz Team Member (Durban) Job Location : KwaZulu-Natal, Durban Deadline : December 06, 2024 Quick Recommended Links Jobs by Location Job by industries Description Job Profile: Blitz Merchandiser To manage the Philips Domestic Appliances portfolios: Ensure that the store base is well maintained in terms of execution, display space, the in-stock situation (stock not left in storage but merchandised on shelf), returns, price ticketing/labels, point of sale materials  During non-promotional periods, ensure the following: product availability, correct price on shelf, product well-displayed in line with the guidelines / planogram communicated by Philips During the promotional period, in addition to regular tasks, we have the obligation of placing the freestanding units or any other POS material required by the promotion in the most optimal position in store.
For reporting purposes and communication, the team will be equipped with smart devices to load photos and communicate instructions and also have the Smollan REX app loaded Campaign roll-out of POSM and recall of POSM and discarding thereof Outline store coverage: Weekend in-store demo activations and audits on weekend promoters Ad hoc promotions: Assistance with general field marketing team duties where required Audits on competitor in market, voice of consumers feedback Build profitable relationships with store base allocated to them Implement sell-out initiatives, below the line activations.
Maintain prime locations and share of shelf for Philips in store Requirements Sales & Merchandising experience.
Grade 12 Matric certificate Driver's license Own car Experience in FMCG/retail.
