Blaster Painter

Qualifications:Proven experience as a Blaster Painter, Industrial Painter, or similar role.Strong knowledge of surface preparation, abrasive blasting techniques, and industrial coating application.Familiarity with a variety of coating materials (e.g., epoxy, polyurethane, etc.)
and spray painting equipment.Ability to work with precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes.Knowledge of health and safety practices, especially in the use of chemicals and hazardous materials.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.Key Responsibilities:Operate sandblasting equipment to prepare surfaces for painting and coating, ensuring proper surface profile and cleanliness.Apply protective coatings, including primers, paints, and finishes, using spray guns and other painting tools.Maintain a high standard of workmanship, ensuring uniform coating and consistent quality.Inspect and clean surfaces prior to painting, removing rust, debris, and other contaminants.Conduct quality checks throughout the painting process to meet customer specifications and company standards.Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.Assist in the setup and organisation of workstations, including handling and storage of chemicals and materials.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and project requirements.If youre ready for an exciting new challenge, we want to hear from you!
