About the JobOur Fintech client in Cryptocurrency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Bank Relationships.
RequirementsStrong track record in business development and networking with financial institutions.Experience establishing banking relationships for a digital asset/crypto company.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise immediate and long-term goals.At least 10 years of working experience in banking or related industries.Analytical, critical, and creative problem-solving skills.Effective and persuasive communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to articulate without ambiguity.Proven interpersonal skills to engage with cross-cultural teams.Demonstrated understanding of partnerships with banks and financial institutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand long-term strategic partnerships with banks globally.Establish connections with financial institutions in key financial hubs.Arrange client meetings, edit and review pitch materials, and manage NDAs and contracts.Compile documentation from partners in accordance with due diligence requirements.Track all partner communications and follow up.Identify and fix inefficiencies in workflows and processes.Understand and communicate the risks and regulatory issues associated with financial institutions.
