Serving the manufacturing, engineering, and FMCG sectors, they offer bespoke apprenticeship solutions that help organisations and learners achieve their business goals.We are looking for an experienced Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) Trainer to work with a caseload of learners. This role involves delivering apprenticeships in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and operational excellence to help apprentices improve workplace processes and achieve their qualifications.Key responsibilities as an Apprenticeship Trainer in BIT/LEAN:Provide training for LEAN Manufacturing Operative – Level 2 and Maintenance & Operations Engineering Technician – Level 3 apprenticeships.Support learners in implementing lean principles and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency.Monitor learner progress and ensure the timely completion of apprenticeship milestones.Offer constructive feedback and tailor teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.Have been an Assessor, Apprenticeship trainer or Skills Coach.Stay informed about industry trends in continuous improvement, workforce development, and process optimisation to deliver engaging and relevant training sessions.Requirements:Proven experience in BIT and PMO training.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing practices, process improvement techniques, and their practical applications.PTTLS or equivalent teaching qualification.Experience in delivering apprenticeship training within manufacturing, engineering, or FMCG sectors.Good organisational and communication skills.A commitment to helping people develop professionally and improve business processes.Benefits:Competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.Full-time, permanent position with opportunities for professional growth.A chance to make a lasting impact by developing future professionals and driving continuous improvement in industries such as manufacturing and engineering.We look forward to hearing from you.
